Error Downloading Apps On Kindle

Posted By admin On 22/08/21

I could download the app but it would get stuck on installing it. I had just turned 1-click off in Amazon but I am not sure if this caused this. I did finally get it working by going into the Settings for Applications and clearing the cache for the Amazon Market app. The error message is 'There was an error while installing app name. Please try again.' Installing others app works for them. Restarting the device, removing then reinstalling, or doing a factory reset of the Kindle doesn't work. We also released a new version of our app, but the problem is the same with the new version.
